When given the choice to smoke a small or large brisket always choose the larger one. Not only will the results turn out better, but now you have the opportunity to make some of our favourite leftover brisket recipes!
Brisket Nachos:
1) Preheat grill or oven to 400f and line sheet pan with foil.
2) Spread nachos all over pan and evenly sprinkle your favourite toppings on nachos.
3) Top with shredded leftover brisket and a blend of grated monterey jack and cheddar cheese.
4) Bake nachos until cheese is melted.
5) When done, add a sprinkle of cilantro (optional) and serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole

1) Preheat oven or grill to 350f, boil water and cook pasta to al dente
2) In large pot melt butter and whisk in flour, stir until mixture has "nutty" aroma, around 3-5min
3) Slowly whisk in milk and bring to a simmer
4) Add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth
5) Reduce heat and stir in grated cheese until melted
6) Add in any desired spices to taste
7) Mix sauce into pasta, add leftover shredded brisket
8) Sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs and sliced jalapeño peppers.
9) Bake 20-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
