Rotisserie Turkey & Stuffing

This delicious rub and stuffing recipe is perfect for prepping your turkey for the rotisserie.

24 hours Before:

  1. Combine ingredients for rub and spread evenly over turkey.
  2. Cut bread into cubes for stuffing and dry out overnight.

Same Day:

  1. Sprinkle bread with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
  2. Chop white onions and cook in butter until translucent. Pour onion and butter mixture over dried bread.
  3. Add milk and two beaten eggs to stuffing and mix altogether until everything is coated well.
  4. Refrigerate if not adding into turkey immediately.

Turkey Rub:

2 Tbsp black pepper

1 Tbsp kosher salt

1 Tbsp garlic powder

3/4 Tbsp paprika

1/2 Tbsp nutmeg

1/2 Tbsp sage

1/2 Tbsp thyme

1/4 Tbsp cayenne

Stuffing:

12 cups dried bread cubes

2 Tbsp poultry seasoning

kosher salt and pepper to taste

5 cooking onions, diced

3/4 cup butter

1 cup milk

2 eggs
