Chicken Shawarma

How to make grilled chicken shawarma that tastes better than take-out! Whether you grill it direct or cook it on the rotisserie, this recipe which starts with the most flavourful marinade, turns out some of the best chicken we've ever had.

    Instructions

    3. Serve with rice, salad, or fresh naan bread (recipe mentioned in video)

      Ingredients:
      • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs 
      • 1/2 cup of olive oil
      • 2 tsp cumin
      • 2 tsp paprika
      • 1 tsp ground allspice
      • 1 tsp turmeric
      • 1 tsp sugar
      • 1/2 tsp coriander
      • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
      • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
      • 1/4 tsp cardamom
      • 1/4 tsp cayenne
      • Kosher salt
